2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
1. Login and personal data entry points are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
2. The operator regularly performs backups to protect data.
3. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.
3. Hosting
1. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:
a. resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
b. time of request arrival,
c. time of response sending,
d. name of client station – identification carried out by HTTP protocol,
e. information about errors that occurred during HTTP transaction,
f. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website was accessed via a link,
g. information about the user's browser,

i. diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through recorders on the website,
j. information related to the handling of electronic mail addressed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information about how your data is used
1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
a. persons authorized by us, employees and associates who must have access to personal data in order to perform their duties,
b. the hosting company,
c. the mailing service provider,
d. the SMS service provider,
e. the companies with which the Administrator cooperates in the field of its own marketing,

j. payment operators,

2. Your personal data shall be processed by the Controller no longer than it is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data shall not be processed for more than 3 years.
3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
a. access to your personal data,
b. its rectification,
c. deletion,
d. restriction of processing,
e. and data portability.
4. You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 to the processing of personal data for the purpose of exercising legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing, interests overriding yours, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
5. A complaint against the Administrator's actions may be lodged with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
6. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of the Controller conducting direct marketing.
8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send it outside the European Union.
5. Information in forms
1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
2. The website may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
3. In some cases, the website may save information to facilitate the linking of data in the form to the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.

The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
